Approach

Kimberly uses evidence-based care grounded in behavioral science. Collaboration with clients, families, and school teams supports meaningful and lasting progress.

Treatment includes evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized intervention planning. Sessions focus on concrete coping alternatives that improve emotion regulation and relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps identify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, then replaces them with effective, realistic responses.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT teaches emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and relationship skills with strong practical application.

Family Systems Lens

Treatment considers home, school, and relationship context so care plans work in real life, not just in session.
